Take A Hike, Ike!!!
We decided to "hunker down" and stay home to wait out the storm. We are about133.1 miles from Galveston, so we will get rain and high winds...
This is how we prepared for the storm:
We stocked up on plenty of food:
We also stocked up on plenty of water!
Hopefully we will not lose electricity....

we wont have power for 2-3 weeks! just come to my house if you forgot what the oregon trail is. hopefully we wont die from typhoid!!
