My goal...

My goal in life is to be as good of a person as my dog already thinks I am.

Cheering in the Rain, Oh Cheering in the Rain

Kelsey made Cheerleader for 7th Grade!!
There first game to cheer at was a High School
Maroon & White Game, which is bascially
the home team plays the home team.
So who are we cheering for here??

The game started out good. The girls had their
cheers down, the home team was winning...

The girls get the crown involved....Hold on a second, was that a RAIN DANCE you
girls just did???
Look how the crowd disapears over a little rain!

But the cheerleaders stayed tough! They cheered
until the lightening started coming down, and they
were forced off of the field!
Hey, if she had wanted to play an easy sport, she
would have signed up for football!! :)

Happy 29th Birthday Hayley!!!

This is me and one of my dearest friends Hayley!
She turned 29 yesterday and I just wanted to
wish her a Happy Birthday!
I hope all of your wishes come true!

Little Miss Make-Up

Life Lesson # 741
Do not let a toddler nap in the same room as your make-up bag.

We went to Luke's familys for the weekend. I left my bags in his two year old
niece's room. Little Miss Emma just helped herself to my mascara while she
should have been napping. She is soo cute, how could anyone get mad!

Changes

Today I turned in my resignation at work. I've worked for the same company for almost ten years, I am only 30. This is the only job I've ever know! So it is safe to say Im very happy and very sad at the same time. I made the decision to look mainly due to the cost of gas. I drive 45 miles to work one way right now, I will now be cutting that down to 30 one way, saving me 30 miles a day, 150 miles a week! 7800 miles a year! With gas being 3.60, that is really big savings!! Im excited about that. Im sad that I will be leaving behind these people I think of as family. I "grew up" with some of them, and am just very attached! I have made friendships here that will last a lifetime. I was at the point where I knew there was no where else to go with the company, and I needed a change. I have prayed and prayed for this job to be the one, so when I got the phone call yesterday, I knew it was right! I will keep everyone updated on all of my changes!

Good Times, Old Friends

Nothing like good times at Yankees with friends. Courtney was in town so
we met at Yankees for some burgers and catching up.
The 3 cousins

Im not sure what Lacey was doing in this picture.

We love this guy, crazy hair and all!I dont think Lori likes her pic taken, she
was a good sport though, after having her
wisdom I mean wisdom teeth taken out!

Pool Sharks

Lacey would not stay still for One Pic!

Me and Courtney
Here is a picture Aunt Elaine, that is me on the
left, your daughter on the right. Learn the
difference! :)
And here is me and Luke. He was a good sport
and had dinner with 5 gossipy, giggley girls!

This is a Koi Fish Pond that is in Lukes

and TLC! Does anyone have any
ideas of how I could fix it up???

Just Because...

This is what I found when I walked in
my front door yesterday after work.
Luke had came during the day and
left them for me.

I've had somewhat of a bad week,
yea I know it was only Tuesday,
But he knew just what would
cheer me up.
Look, I even got butterflies!

All Smiles Now!

Knick Knack Paddy Wack, Give A Dog A Bone

After spending a day shopping, we stopped to pick up Chicken
Express before heading to my house.
Here is Luke and Harley trying to decide what to order.
Harley really wanteed 1/2 dozen of chicken wings,
but of course I said NO Way! Luke thinks that sounds
good, so he orders himself some.

"If I cant order, can I at least give the
girl the money?" Her facial expression
tells me not too may dogs come to
Chicken Express!

Poor Harley! He had to ride in the
floorboard while we ate on the way home.

Yummy!!!

After getting to my house, we left the leftovers
on my table and headed out to
ride 4-wheelers.

To tell the rest of the story
I have to give you a little history on my dog.
He loves getting into food, candy, gum...whatever
he can find when we are gone. He once ate a bag of
suckers and had them all stuck to his face when I got
home! Anyways...whenever he gets into something
that he knows is wrong, he ALWAYS leaves one
unopened on my pillow. Its like his way of saying "I
know I did wrong, but maybe this will make up
for it."
So when we get back, this is what we come home to:
Our leftover box, on the floor, not on the
table where we left it. EMPTY I might add!Oh, Look here they are! In My Living Room!
But wait! There are Only 3 of them!

Here is #4, on my chair! It seems like he was hiding this one for later!
That makes #5. But we are still missing one!

Here it is! On my bed! Did he mess up
my bed too? Surely I didn't leave the house
without making the bed!

A Closer Look! Gross, now my bed smells
like Hot Wings!!Looks like Harley got his 1/2 dozen Hot Wings
after all!
