I SCREAM, YOU SCREAM WE ALL SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM!!!

Hi my name is Brandy and I am a ice cream-oholic. I have been sober for 10 days.

OK, here's the scoop! (no pun intended) On Thursday June 12, 2008 at approxamily 9:30pm the evil forces took over and I fell victim to my addiction. As I was bragging in my previous blog, my love for ice cream was all a memory, stored in the back of my mind. Well as the old saying goes, memories fade, and I wanted to create more! My uncle use to tell a story of how it is so much easier for someone to drag you down to their level than it is for you to pull them up to yours. He even used a visual demostration of having someone stand in a chair and someone on the floor. Of course it was easier for the person on the floor to pull the person in the chair down than it was for the person in the chair to pull the floor person up. That being said, Luke is the person on the chair, I am the bad influence on the floor, pulling any willing sole down to my level! I caught Luke at a weak moment and down he came!!! I must have pulled pretty hard because we both happened to roll into the door of the local Ben & Jerrys!! Rolling in behind us was my daughter and sister. Hey, if Im going down, they are all coming with me!! Knowing that I was cheating on my diet, I did what any responsible dieter would do, I ordered yogurt. A triple chocolate, double brownie scoop of heavenly yogurt in a cone (I think it could have been fat free, nevermind, who am I trying to kid)....but only one scoop of course, hey even I have standards! Luke being the more responsible of the two, ordered strawberry-bananna yogurt in a CUP! Trying to win a bet and get his daily allowance of fruit, what dedication!!

When I go down, they all go down, even the youngest victims!
